This 8-hour online training covers key supervisory practices, including building effective supervisory relationships, developing supervisee competence, delivering performance feedback, evaluating performance, structuring and documenting supervision, supporting professional and ethical behavior, and evaluating the effectiveness of supervision.
The training is based on the BACB Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline (2.0) and is designed for professionals who meet applicable BACB requirements for providing supervision
