Refund, Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

We stand behind the quality of our programs and aim to keep our policies clear and fair. Because our courses include proprietary digital content and training materials, refund eligibility depends on course access and progress.

14-Day Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Refund Eligibility for Single Courses
A refund may be approved only if all of the following are true:
  • The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Course progress is below 20% completed
  • The final exam has not been started or attempted
  • The purchase was made directly through OnlineABATraining.com
Once a course reaches 20% completion or more, it becomes non-refundable.
How we measure completion: Our platform tracks course activity including lesson access, module progress, quiz activity, and overall completion percentage.

Final Exam Policy
Refunds are not available once the final exam has been started or attempted, even if the request is made within the 14-day window.

Bundles & Multi-Course Packages
Bundles provide discounted access to multiple courses. Because bundles include additional value, refund eligibility is more limited.
A bundle refund may be approved only if all of the following are true:
  • The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • No more than one course in the bundle has been started
  • The started course (if any) remains below 20% completion
  • The final exam has not been started for any course in the bundle
If more than one course has been started, or if any course reaches 20% completion, the bundle becomes non-refundable.

Store Credit (When a Refund Does Not Apply)
In certain situations, and at our discretion, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
If store credit is issued:
  • Credit can be applied toward future purchases on OnlineABATraining.com
  • Credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date
  • Credit is non-transferable and has no cash value

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds (and store credit) are not available when:
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • The course is 20% completed or more
  • The final exam has been started or attempted
  • There is evidence of misuse, abuse, or policy violations
  • The purchase was made through a third-party or external funding source (see below)

Course Integrity, Misuse & Policy Violations
Online ABA Training reserves the right to deny refunds or store credit if we detect activity that suggests misuse, including but not limited to:
  • Repeated enrollments followed by refund requests
  • Sharing login credentials
  • Redistribution of course materials
  • Attempts to copy or reproduce course content
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
Learners removed for policy violations are not eligible for refunds or credit.

Third-Party Funded Enrollments
If your enrollment was paid for by a third party (such as an employer, agency, vendor, or funding program), refund or credit eligibility may differ. Please refer to the terms provided by the funding organization.

How to Request a Refund or Credit

Please include:
  • Full name
  • Email used at checkout
  • Course or bundle name
  • Purchase date (or order number, if available)
  • Reason for request (optional)
We typically respond within one business day.

Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
