Course Description

Building Effective Tier 2 Systems: Screening, Fidelity, and Coaching for School BCBAs is a 1.0 CEU professional development course designed to strengthen the systems-level skills needed to implement effective Tier 2 behavioral supports in school settings. Participants will explore a structured decision-making process for identifying students who may need additional support, matching students to appropriate interventions, monitoring implementation fidelity and student outcomes, and determining when supports should be maintained, intensified, faded, or individualized. The course also addresses practical strategies for improving team review processes, coaching staff based on implementation data, and evaluating system-level indicators such as access, capacity, effectiveness, and equity.
