Description


We're hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy directly in the homes of children with autism, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, one-on-one behavior intervention plans
  • Take part in continued training on ABA methods and techniques
  • Stay in regular contact with your supervisory team
  • Work under the direct oversight of a BCBA
  • Maintain availability across both weekdays and weekends
  • Accurately collect and log therapy session data
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or currently working toward one
