Description
We're hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Important: Candidates must hold a current, active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB. Only applicants with an active RBT credential will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
  • Take part in continued training on ABA techniques
  • Communicate regularly with the supervisory team
  • Work under the direction of a BCBA
  • Be available across weekdays and weekends
  • Collect and document therapy session data
Requirements
  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • At least 1 year of ABA experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or currently pursuing one
