We're expanding our team with a Registered Behavior Technician who will work directly with children on the autism spectrum in their home setting, under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position offers substantial direct-service hours, structured supervision, and a genuine path forward for those looking to advance in the ABA field.

Core Duties

  • Follow and apply individualized behavior intervention plans during 1:1 client sessions
  • Attend and actively engage in ongoing ABA training and skill-building sessions
  • Keep an open line of communication with your supervising team on client progress
  • Perform all duties under the direct oversight of a BCBA
  • Commit to a flexible schedule that includes both weekday and weekend availability
  • Document and track therapy session data with accuracy and consistency
Requirements
  • Active, valid RBT certification
  • At least 1 year of hands-on ABA experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or currently working toward one)
