Behavior Technician (BT)

We're looking for a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a hands-on clinical role for someone who wants to make a direct, daily impact on a child's growth and development, with the backing of a strong provider network behind them.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans with fidelity, working one-on-one with clients in the home
• Support skill development across communication, social, self-help, and adaptive living domains
• Complete required ABA training and stay current on best practices in the field
• Collect and record session data accurately, using data collection software or tools as directed
• Communicate consistently with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress, concerns, and plan adjustments
• Attend and apply feedback from supervision sessions to strengthen clinical skills
• Follow behavior reduction protocols and skill acquisition programs exactly as outlined by the BCBA
• Maintain flexible availability across weekdays and weekends to meet client scheduling needs
