What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct initial evaluations and periodic reassessments to guide individualized treatment planning
  • Design and carry out evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each client
  • Supervise and train RBTs and BCaBAs, and provide parent coaching and clinical direction
  • Review behavioral data regularly and adjust programming to keep clients progressing
  • Partner with families, schools, and other providers to support outcomes across all settings
  • Keep clinical documentation accurate, thorough, and submitted on time
  • Uphold BACB, payer, and HIPAA standards in all aspects of service delivery
  • Provide ethical, compassionate, high-quality care at every client interaction
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related discipline
  • Current, active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Valid 8-hour supervision certificate
  • State licensure, where required
  • Prior experience serving children on the autism spectrum
  • Solid communication and organizational abilities
  • Reliable transportation for any in-person visits
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred
  • Background supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in center-based or hybrid programs
  • Comfort using digital platforms for documentation and data tracking
  • A team-oriented approach with strong rapport-building skills with families and colleagues
