Description
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide home-based and hybrid ABA services throughout New Jersey. The BCBA will manage active cases, conduct assessments and reassessments, develop and update treatment plans, supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, provide parent and staff training, analyze behavior data, and coordinate care across families, schools, and other service settings.
- Schedule: Varies based on client availability
Experience
- Experience managing ABA cases, conducting assessments and reassessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs/BCaBAs, providing caregiver training, and working with children with autism across varying ages and support needs.
Skills
- Strong skills in ABA assessment, treatment planning, behavior analysis, data review, supervision, caregiver training, documentation, care coordination, and professional communication.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active New Jersey LBA licensure
- Current 8-hour supervision training certificate
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or BCaBAs
- Experience utilizing Behavioral Skills Training (BST)
- Experience conducting initial assessments and periodic reassessments
- Ability to develop and modify function-based treatment plans
- Ability to define target behaviors in objective and measurable terms
- Ability to analyze behavioral data and identify barriers to treatment progress
- Ability to provide parent, caregiver, and staff training
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ability to follow payer-specific documentation, authorization, and billing requirements
- Strong communication and care coordination skills
- Knowledge of BACB standards and HIPAA requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license when travel is required
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexibly based on client and agency needs
