Description

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral services across the Timberlane Regional School District in Plaistow, NH. The BCBA will support students ages 6–14 through assessments, behavior intervention planning, data analysis, direct and indirect support, staff and parent training, and collaboration with multidisciplinary school teams. This full-time, in-person position requires flexibility to provide services across multiple school locations based on student needs.

Start Date: ASAP

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period

Student Age Group: 6–14 years old

Experience
  • Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, supervising RBTs or BCaBAs, and providing ABA services to students with autism and diverse behavioral or developmental needs.
Skills
  • Strong skills in ABA assessment, behavior intervention planning, data analysis, staff training, supervision, collaboration, documentation, and communication.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Current 8-hour supervision training certificate
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Experience developing, implementing, and modifying Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs
  • Experience supervising RBTs and/or BCaBAs
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Skills Training (BST)
  • Ability to analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data and monitor student progress
  • Ability to develop data collection systems and behavioral support materials
  • Ability to train and support school staff in ABA strategies and intervention plans
  • Ability to collaborate with families, educators, Special Education Coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations and goals
  • Knowledge of BACB standards and HIPAA requirements
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel between assigned school locations
