Description
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide district-wide behavioral services across elementary, middle, and high schools within the Nashua School District. The BCBA will support students ages 6–18 through assessments, observations, treatment planning, behavior support, staff and parent training, data analysis, IEP collaboration, and ongoing coordination with school teams. This is an in-person role supporting multiple schools throughout the district.
Experience
- Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, supervising RBTs/BCaBAs, using Behavioral Skills Training, and supporting students with autism and diverse behavioral or developmental needs in school settings.
Skills
- Strong ABA assessment, behavior planning, data analysis, staff training, supervision, collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current 8-hour supervision training certificate
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or BCaBAs
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Experience developing and modifying Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder across age groups
- Knowledge and experience with Behavioral Skills Training (BST)
- Ability to develop data collection systems and analyze student progress
- Ability to write assessment reports and evidence-based behavioral recommendations
- Ability to train school staff on ABA strategies and intervention plans
- Ability to participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Ability to provide direct and indirect behavioral support across multiple school settings
- Knowledge of BACB standards and HIPAA requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to travel between district locations and work in person
