Description

We're hiring a compassionate Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism throughout the Asheville, NC area. Working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll carry out individualized intervention plans, track session data, take part in continued training, and stay in close communication with the clinical team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM, with weekend availability preferred


Skills

  • Strong communication and data collection abilities
  • Comfort delivering one-on-one behavioral therapy
  • Skilled at following BCBA-directed treatment plans
  • Team-oriented mindset with solid behavior intervention skills
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs.
Skills
  • Strong communication, data collection, behavior intervention, one-on-one therapy, and teamwork skills with the ability to follow BCBA-directed treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or currently working toward one
  • Comfortable operating under BCBA supervision
  • Able to implement individualized behavior intervention plans accurately
  • Able to collect and document therapy session data with precision
  • Available Monday–Friday, with weekend flexibility a plus
  • Willing to travel to and provide services in clients' homes
  • Committed to continued ABA training and professional growth
