Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide virtual school-based behavioral support for students in Brownsville, TX. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, analyze student progress, train staff and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to improve outcomes for students with autism and other developmental needs.

Experience
  • Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, supporting students with autism and developmental needs, and working collaboratively within school-based or multidisciplinary teams.
Skills
  • Strong ABA assessment, behavior planning, data analysis, staff training, supervision, communication, collaboration, and behavioral skills training (BST) skills.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Current 8-hour supervision training
  • Strong experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Experience developing and modifying Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Ability to design and maintain data collection systems and analyze student progress
  • Ability to write comprehensive assessment reports and evidence-based recommendations
  • Ability to participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and team discussions
  • Ability to train staff on ABA strategies, behavior plans, and implementation fidelity
  • Experience supervising RBTs and/or BCaBAs preferred
  • Knowledge of BACB standards and HIPAA requirements
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if in-person responsibilities are required
  • Willingness to travel or relocate if required
