Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide school-based ABA support within an Independent School District in Brownsville, TX. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT will implement behavior intervention plans, provide direct support to students, collect progress data, and collaborate with school and clinical team members to promote student success.

Location: Brownsville, TX – Independent School District

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Experience
  • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Skills
  • Strong communication, data collection, documentation, classroom support, and behavior intervention implementation skills.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Ability to provide one-on-one and classroom-based support
  • Ability to collect and maintain accurate student progress data
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, BCBAs, and team members
  • Experience with crisis behavior management preferred
  • Availability to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
